May I have your attention please!!?? I have to announce this 'cos I just found out. SHAHIDAH HAS CUT HER HAIR!! It's quite a big change I heard. Shoulder-length with fringe!! Yup! Just thought I should announce it so that no one will be too shocked.

And another announcement... ON FRIDAY, ALL SEC 2 ANDERSONIANS MUST MEET IN SCHOOL AT 8AM TO RECEIVE THE RESULTS OF OUR CLASSES. I hope the best for everyone. I'll write more later. Now, I have to go for rehersals. BYE!!

I forgot to put this in my last entry. I was a bit pissed at myself for forgetting. You see, I feel that it is in fact, my DUTY to let you all know what are the awesome programmes that are gonna be showing in the TV. I love the television. As you can see, I don't have Starhub Cable but I make do with what I have. The television is truly amazing!! Although, I have rehersals, I'm gonna try my best to watch this stuff. It's the holidays. What do you expect?! The TV is like my oxygen!!

I have sooo many thoughts to spill right now. Tons and tons of things have happened for the past few days and I have to get this entry started if I wanna finish it in time for my TV programmes. Right, so here goes...

First things first, I have to announce to the whole world that Dinah MZ has once again RE-rebonded her hair. She went to the salon where I rebonded my hair centuries ago. It's called 'De Peach'. She came at about 11am and sat there until about 4.30pm. Crazy or what?! I mean, if I were her, I probably wouldn't be able to use my legs for awhile. Can you imagine sitting in a salon for FIVE and a HALF hours?!! I bet her butt was totally numb. I know mine was. I waited with her and kept her company for about two and a half hour or so. But it was worth it. Especially for her. Her hair is now silky smooth and swish-y. It's longer and of course, straight. I was sort of wondering if I should rebond my hair too. But I doubt I can. It's a LOT of money to waste on hair... Even if it is worth it. And, I can NOT bear five an a half hours of people pulling, ironing, steaming and treating my hair. It would be torture. I guess, I have to live with my frizzy, straw-like hair for a loooong time. I'm buying Dinah's anti-frizz serum from her since she obviously doesn't need it anymore. Hari Raya's coming so I have to try my best to groom myself, you know. We have to look our best while celebrating this momentus occation. This is the excuse I gave my mom when I ask her to buy me some beauty products. It usually works!

Speaking of Hari raya, I went to Geylang on Friday. Visited my Dad's shop. Actually it's my family's shop, but it's the same thing. It's ST collection and FRZ. They sell Baju kurungs for both male and female. Really nice. Do go there to buy your stuffs. It's of amazing quality! Anyway, I went there to basically get some new clothes. I already have one outfit for the first day of Hari Raya. It's reeeaaally nice. It's gold with fantastic designs at the hem and sleeve. I know what you're thinking... GOLD?? Eew, are you planning to be royally disgusting? Now, before you start imagining me in a hedious gold dress or something, I have to tell you, It's a very subdued shade of gold. Not like the striking, will-blind-anyone-who-sees-it kindda gold. And the design's real pretty. It's kind of ironic since Dinah Bee's Hari Raya outfit was gold at first but she switched it. When I first heard she was wearing gold, I thought it was hilarious. But now, I don't really think gold is all that bad. It all depends on the design. And mine happens to be a pretty cool design. But of course, ONE hari raya outfit is NOT enough. Just ask anyone! So, my mom, sis, mom's friend and her son and me went off to Geylang to do some shopping. I love the Geylang Bazaar!! It totally rocks! So many shops, so many choices. Plus, there's tons of food. The perfect place to break your fast. Usually, I get to buy a punjabi suit every year. But I was kind of bored with the routine so, this year I wanted to get a Pavade instead. A pavade is an Indian costume with a blouse and long skirt. It occasionally comes with a scarf. I browsed a few shops and my dad said to buy my pacade at this shop. Turns out he knows the shop-owner so he might bargain for a cheaper price. So, I said ok. I looked around and saw this beautiful pale brown and red pavade. It has an outer red coat-like thingy and very swish-y skirt. I may not be very good at describing the dress. So, you might be thinking that it sounds gross. But it's not! It's so NOT!!! It's totally great. I told my dad that I would like that one. He was like, "Ok, whatever! We'll just see the price." How cannot see the beauty of that pavade?!! Sheesh! I thought that he was gonna at least say, "Hmm.. Yes, that's very nice!" Well, I guess, it IS my dad and he's not exactly into clothes and stuff. My mom was busy with my sis but I was sure she would share the same opinion as me. Then, my dad came back and said that it costs about $150. My jaw dropped to the floor. I know it's pretty but I was SO not gonna spend my dad's money like that. I mean, I don't really need such an expensive pavade. I'm probably gonna wear it once or twice at most. I instead chose a simple shimmer-y brown pavade with simple designs at the blouse. It's very simple an sweet. It's not exactly magnificent but it's nice and pretty. That's good enough. I left my dad to the bargaining and went off to another shop where my mom and sis was. Mom was choosing one punjabi for each of them. Then, I saw this GORGEOUS punjabi. It's sort of like an Arabian/Indian design. It was black with white designs and little mirrors. I dunno how to describe it. All I can say is that it was GORGEOUS!! It was even more GORGEOUS than the pale brown and red pavade I saw. I thought to myself, "Why stop at two, right? I mean, Hari Raya is such a long holiday. I have to visit SO many houses, right?" So, while my mom was fussing over my sis, I droped afew hints at my dad. Thank God he got the message! And so, I now have THREE outfits!!! I'm totally psyched! I can't WAIT for Hari Raya!!

But I can't really celebrate so much. Since I have the Oy! Sleeping Beauty! thingy. The director called us in early. It was supposed to start on the 5 of November. But then, I got a call from the assistant stage manager, Juraidah, who said that there was gonna be a rehersal on Saturday, 29 October. I was a bit shocked. But it's a pleasant shock so, I think I was more surprised, you know. So, yesterday, I went for the first official rehersal of Oy! Sleeping Beauty!. I was slightly late because I got kindda lost. I know, I know, my first rehersal and I'm late?! What impression must I have given the people, right?! I was thinking the same thing. I was mentally beating myself up. Since literally beating myself would've been totally out of the question. I thought I was gonna be the last person to arrive or something. But thank god I was wrong. Turns out there were people who were even late-r. The girl from The Whizzes of the Void Deck was there. Her name is Kathleen. She dances like a pro. And then there were afew more people. Some I've met during the auditions and some I haven't. There were altogether 6 teens. I was really quite honoured to be chosen out of so many. Oh, and I saw a few stars too! I saw Selena Tan, Ivan Heng and even Hatta!! Dinah MZ almost flipped when I told her I danced with Hatta. Well, technically I didn't dance WITH Hatta... But we were in the same room and that's almost the same thing, right?! Oh, and that dance instructor guy who came to our school was there! His name is Erich (pronounced as Eric). Boy, can he shake his booty! He was so pro, sometimes I got confused with the moves. We did one dance number that day. The rehersal was from 10am to 1pm. But we ended early. I really had to focus to pick up the moves fast since the other teens were so awesome. They were like profesionals! I did my best and managed to keep up with them. It was a total work-out. There were no breaks. It was pretty exhausting since I was fasting and all. There's another rehersal tomorrow from 2pm to 6pm. I'm ready for it, of course. But I will be fasting and I don't think I can reach home in time to break my fast, you know. Since I live in Yishun and the place is at Kallang!! But we all have to make sacrifices. It's all in the name of Theater! I received the schedule and script already. It's pretty vigorous. Maybe I can loose afew pounds after this thing?? I dunno. All I know is that this thing is gonna be loads of hard work and sacrifices. I may have to cut short my Hari Raya celebrations. Not only that, I even have rehersals on Deepavali! Yup, a public holiday. But it's okay. I don't really mind. As long as it doesn't interfere with Hari Raya and my Three Awesome Hari Raya Outfits! Well, that's all for now. P.S: I have to thank Dinah MZ for lending me money to buy that Nail Buffer thingy form Body Shop. It totally rocks!! My nails look absolutely FAB!! Plus, I don't even have to use Nail Polish!

Okay, seriously, what the HELL is WRONG with that Maia Lee?!! I read this article in November's Lime magazine (The one with Daniel Radcliffe looking like Elijah Wood at the cover) about her. Actually, it was an interview. You should read it. She was a total ass. No kidding! She was cursing the Singapore idol finalists, Sylverster Sim and even Fiona Xie. Oviously, I was super pissed with her comments. I mean, Taufik was part of the Sinagpore Idol finalists, right?! What in the world could Taufik have done that's BAD?! And I don't really like Sly Sim but I think even he doesn't deserve to be dissed like that. She practically called him a Scum. Um... I'm sorry but LOOK WHO'S TALKING?!!!!! At least he's not a PORN STAR, you know?!!... Eew, forget I said that. I cannot and will NOT imagine Sly Sim being a porn star. That is beyond the definition of wrong. And about the Fiona Xie being a b**** remark that Maia Lee made. I think she's just plain jealous. Fiona Xie is undeniably pretty and petite. Not to mention sexy. Maia's just jealous that she can NEVER be half as pretty, petite or sexy as Fiona Xie no matter how little she covers her body with her skimpy clothes and tatoo.

Andy Phua was so, so, so lucky. HE went for that Anderson Young Ambassadors (AYA) and got to go with Mr Ari! Just yesterday he was bragging about how cool Mr Ari's car was. How he got to talk to Mr Ari. And he even bragged that Mr Ari wore sunglasses during the event. My heart kindda ached abit. Can you imagine?! Mr ARI is SHADES?!! How cool could he have looked?!! Especially with his ultimately PERFECT hair?! Must Andy be so descpriptive? It's obvious he did it on purpose. Nevermind. Things are just not meant to be. I have to accept the fact no matter how hard it is. It's Mr Ari's last year so, I'll probably never see him again. And to think, of all people who adore him, ANDY PHUA got to see Mr Ari in shades. Damn, I'm so jealous. It should have been me. I know, I know! I sound nuts. I feel kindda dirty myself. I mean, Mr Ari is a Mister, you know. An Older man. But I do have eyes, you know! I can't ignore the fact that he is so handsome! And it didn't help that he was so charming and sincere. Sheesh! Why is it always the older men who are more appealing and never those your age?

Speaking of Older men, Shahidah, Dinah MZ and I will be going to Mr Fadhli's 'restaurant'. Okay, it's not exactly a restaurant. It's a stall in the Coffeeshop but it's close enough. I found it out from Jen Lee, my tennis Partner. She met Mr Fadhli there afew times. And when I told this to Shahidah and Dinah MZ, they immediately demanded to know where the place was. Mr Fadhli was a PE teacher in Anderson. He was appointed to our class. He was boyish, slightly childish but very sporty and considered quite good-looking. Plus he's apparently a nice guy. Ya, but the keyword here is, 'WAS'. He's no longer in Anderson. Jeez, I thought he went to a better or more prestigious school like the Singapore Sports School to become a PE teacher there. Some said he went for re-service at NS. But I would never have guessed he was a stallkeeper at a coffeeshop. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Still, it was a bit of a shock. His stall is called 'MAKAN' (how creative!) and is located at Sembawang Hill which ironically, is nowhere near Sembawang. I have no idea when we're going but I hope the food's good. While Shahidah and Dinah have a feast for their eyes, I'd like to have a real feast for my tummy.

The thing about porn stars reminded me of something I saw in the MRT which was kindda weird. You get to see a lot of weird people in the MRT and this was no exception. I was leaning against the transparent wall thingy near the door and right opposite of me was a really fat dude. At least, I thought he was a dude. But it turned out that the HE was a SHE. So she was not a dude. I couldn't see that she had boobs 'cos her magazine was covering them. And for the record I had no intentions of seeing them. I am not gonna take a stab at how fat or weird she was 'cos I sincerely thought she was normal. But the magazine she was reading was abit weird. She was reading Maxim. Yes, you read right. SHE was reading MAXIM. At the cover was this skinny woman in her black bra and undies striking a seductive pose. Why in the world would a woman read something like that? That was why I thought she was a dude. Well, she could be a lesbian but I dunno. It was kindda hard to tell. She seemed so innocent. Anyway, it wasn't any of my business but I couldn't help noticing that's all. How can anyone not?

I just started my Hari Raya cleaning this morning. I wanted to redecorate my room. After I clear out all the junk, that is. It took me ALL morning to clear out all my junk. Then, I had this real fab idea on how to cover up that ugly patch of blue that my dad had promised to paint but never really got down to it. I pasted (using scotch tape) piece after piece of white paper and practically covered the whole wall with it. It was hardwork. After that was done, I stuck photos, pictures, poems and wrote some nonsense. I even drew a few stuff on it. So then, I went to the kitchen to get a drink. When I got back to my room, you won't BELIEVE what happened. It fell apart. Everything just fell apart! All the many, many pieces of paper with my photos and stuff just peeled itself from the walls and fell to the floor in one big pile of mess. I practically broke down. It was such HARD work for me to put up that stuff and it simply fell apart. All my hard work gone to waste. I tried to fix it but it was a total mess. In the end, i just cleared eveything up and left that wall blank. All that's left was a hedious patch of blue scarring my pretty pale pink walls. Bummer!

Another thing happened, my tuition teacher and my mom think that I should've taken Physics. Sheesh! Why could they have not told me that yesterday?! When I have not passed up the option slip?! Now, I'm totally confused, everybody says I should take physics. But I'm still taking Bio. I'm not shaking from a firm decision. I know everybody thinks that physics is good and important and can get me good jobs with good salaries but I just know I'll hate it. And when I hate a subject I most like won't do very well. I'm taking Bio. I have to listen to my gut. Even is it's wrong... Even if later in the future, maybe I can't get a decent job... Then, hey, I know the solution. I'll just marry someone RICH! :)

Hmm.. So this is how Blogging feels like... Okay! I'm a bit blur at this thingy. I don't exactly know what I'm doing but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it... oh, maybe in a century or so! I actually wanted to name my very, very new blog Food For Thought (FFT). So it's like a cyber-version of my FFT. But the name was totally unavailable! So I have to make some weird name for my address. Seriously, what was I THINKING?? Feed-my-thoughts?? I think I was real hungry since I'm fasting and all... My stomach did my thinking for me. Tsk! Tsk! Well, Nevermind, what's done is done. A bit sad though. I can't change my address or whatever.

Got back my report book today. Bad, bad, bad! It was pretty horrible. I didn't do very well, eventhough I studied my butt off for the final exams. I looked at my math marks and my heart sank to the soles of my feet. But hey, at least I improved. Urm... I sort of improved by like 5%. Whoa! Major improvement! Riiight! I guess there's always next year, right? WRONG, dude! So totally W-R-O-N-G!!!!!! There's like Additional Math AND E-math next year. Sheesh! As if I need more Math in my already stressful school-life! And then, the Science is split in three: Physics, Chemistry & Biology. Today, I was so breaking down with the pressure of the decision. I mean, everyone (including my mom) was on about how physics will give me more job oppurtunities, blah-blah! I know, I know! I actually LISTENED to everybody. But then, my heart and my gut said that I should go for Bio. Obviously the option of going for Triple Science is crazy, in my case. It would be more practical for me to go for Bio since I stink at Math and we all know that Physics just a bunch of mumbo-jumbo math stuff. Plus, I think Bio is pretty interesting. So that means that I would pay more attention in class and do quite okay in exams, right? I already have A-math and E-math... Do I really need more Math crap in my life? Nope, I don't think so. But all my friends are off to Physics since they are all looking long-term. Thinking ahead. They wanna get good jobs and become millionaires. I dunno if Physics will help them, but hey, if physics can get you great jobs...then, physics can get you a great salary too. At least, that's what I figured. C'mon! Get real, Sharifah! Are you seriously thinking Long-term?! I can't even plan a week ahead, let alone my ultimate future! ok, ok, ok!!!!!!!! I have come to my decision! I shall go for chemistry, BIOLOGY, pure lit and Geog Elec. No more talking things out, I can't change my mind anymore!

Today there was like this Mrs Tan farewell 'concert'. It was all touchy-feely. The best part was when Mr Ari gave that totally touching speech. He was so sincere and... handsome. He was wearing this pin-striped shirt and pants. He had that perfect haircut and smile. He went on about how fab Mrs Tan was. How she such an inspiration. I have never heard so many praises for someone in one go. In the end, he gave Mrs Tan a hug. At that moment, I couldn't help myself... I sort of had a tear in my eye. I dunno, maybe it was juts dust in my eye or something. My face kindda went red and I was smiling and tearing (TEARING, by the way, NOT crying) at the same time. I was happy and sad and abit jealous...of Mrs Tan. Why, why, why must all the good people leave us?? First, Mr Ari... then, now, Mrs Tan... Geez! I was so totally bummed.

Oh, and I had this really scary nightmare last night. It felt SO real! In the nightmare, I was standing at the temporary assembly area, in my uniform. And then, in front of me was a whole line of people. All the people in my life. Those I know, DUH! And then, one by one, they either punch, kick, pinch or slap me. Some even carried sticks and smashed my face with a basketball. I remember vividly that Halim was the first in line who punched me, Dinah MZ slapped me and Dinah Bee pinched me. Someone stranggled me - maybe Shahidah but I can't be sure. Andy was the last of them, he gave me a real cold look. Like loathing and hatred. Then he slapped me. It was like Whoa! I could almost feel it! After that they all circled round me and waited till my wounds heal before bashing me up again. So basically, the whole dream was about people beating me up. It was unbearably violent. I wonder what it meant... Am I picking up some bad vibes or something??? Or is it just because of watching 'The Transporter'? Well, whatever it is, I DO NOT want to have that nightmare ever, ever again!

And, yes, Dinah, I so totally agree with you about the Harry Potter thing. Daniel Radcliffe looked like he was wearing a cat on his head and Rupert looked like a Lindsay Lohan wannabe. AND EMMA WATSON IS SUPPOSED TO BE BLOODY NERDY, NOT PRETTY OR WHATEVER!!!! Jeez! Talk about biased! There are Girls who actually watch Harry Potter and it would so much easier for them to have the guys not being an eye-sore. Plus, Lord Voldemort is hotter than Cedric, Harry, Ron and Krum. That is so bloody wrong... So, so Wrong!
